He was press spokesman in a DAX40 company and then head of communications in a pan-European trading holding company. There, Max Niklas Gille managed a wide variety of crisis and change situations. Niklas holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Applied Sciences Gelsenkirchen and an MBA in Communication and Leadership from Quadriga University Berlin.

Jorg Keller is familiar with both the internal and external workings of companies. He has worked in the communications industry for more than 18 years. Most recently, he was Head of Communications Classified Media and Spokesperson at the international media and technology company Axel Springer. There he was responsible for the media relations and the positioning of the Board of Directors. He was also responsible for parts of the internal and external corporate and financial communications of the group. Furthermore, he supported numerous M&A transactions of Axel Springer and its subsidiaries. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant for national and international communications consultancies. He mainly supported clients from the financial and real estate sectors in media relations, corporate and board positioning as well as in special and crisis situations. From the beginning of her studies, she worked as a freelancer in the field of marketing and advised executives and companies on social media marketing. Varios clients valued her experience as a project manager in the IT sector and she accompanied digital transformation processes. At the same time, she founded her own digital transformation start-up. The aim of her company was to enable a digital exchange on "a level playing field" between people with special needs and company managers. In seminars and workshops, she brought the various stakeholders together to facilitate this dialogue.

For seven years, Carsten was with the Federal Criminal Police Office. He helped building up the personal security group of the former MG Group, was an authorized representative and later managing director of the security divisions of Brink's Inc, Gegenbauer and Piepenbrock. He worked for Control Risks in Berlin and London, and is head of security for the ILA International Air Show in Berlin.
As business economist (VWA) he thinks and acts entrepreneurially, especially as managing partner of DRB Deutsche Risikoberatung GmbH. He has been at home in the world of Security - Associations for two decades: as vice president of the Berlin-Brandenburg Association for Security in Business and on the federal board of the "Alliance for Security in Business" (ASW), where he regularly exchanges ideas with the federal security authorities. As early as 1986, he was elected one of the managing partners of the Frankfurt law firm Boesebeck, Barz & Partner. During his almost 10-year tenure, the partnership experienced enormous growth and opened offices in Berlin, Dresden, Warsaw, Vienna and Zagreb. In the course of the merger with the large British law firm Lovells, he was Regional Managing Partner and member of the International Executive Committee from 2000 to the end of 2008, most recently responsible for all of Lovells’ offices in continental Europe. Since May 2009, he has been working as an independent consultant on strategic corporate management issues and coach and has engagements within supervisory bodies.
