Jessica Nowak brings her experience as an internationally seasoned communications and marketing expert to the table. After many years as the founder and managing director of an agency specializing in corporate and marketing communications, she moved into management at an international corporation. In various leadership roles, she was responsible for, among other things, corporate communications, the planning and execution of international events and large-scale gatherings, marketing communications, and global brand strategy.
In this role, she advised the owner family as well as the group’s board of directors and management. She led international teams of more than 60 employees and was responsible, among other things, for the strategic planning, organization, and execution of complex event formats.
Today, Jessica advises companies and organizations on strategic communication and team development; she also supports transformation processes as well as the planning and execution of event projects.
