Mario Groß is a multi-award-winning capital markets expert with many years of leadership experience in investor relations, corporate communications, and equity and capital markets (corporate broking) at a global investment bank. He has held senior IR and PR roles at MDAX- and SDAX-listed companies as well as in investment banking. His areas of expertise include strategic consulting for executive boards and IR managers, positioning on the capital markets, and communications in challenging special situations.
After completing his studies, he graduated from the Georg von Holtzbrinck School for Business Journalists at the Handelsblatt Publishing Group. He served as press spokesperson for the EEX energy exchange during its merger with Deutsche Börse. He subsequently headed the Corporate Broking division at HSBC in Germany and Austria for more than ten years and was ranked number one in the prestigious Extel ranking for seven consecutive years during that time. Most recently, Mario advised publicly traded companies on capital market positioning, investor relations, and strategic communication.
