Janine Janssen studied Applied Cognitive and Media Sciences at the University of Duisburg-Essen. This interdisciplinary program combines applied computer science and applied psychology and forms the foundation for her multifaceted approach to work at the intersection of people, technology, and organizations.
After several years as an executive assistant and a successful stint as a freelancer, she joined the Rosenberg team in 2023. As a senior member of the Finance & Accounting department, she now handles a wide range of responsibilities.
In addition to finance and accounting matters, she oversees digital transformation projects, further develops internal processes, and supports the company with IT and organizational issues. Her combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and organizational skills makes her an interdisciplinary generalist who takes on cross-functional responsibilities.
